Gillingham Row is ten "fourth-rate" Georgian houses, listed Grade II. They were in very poor condition and have been completely restored with major structural repair. In the mews behind six new houses and a flat were built with a contiguous pile wall surrounding the basement. This was a crowded, city-centre site with an interesting mixture of modern new-build and careful repair of an unusual London terrace.
